Pricing

CloudRebuild is priced per protected resource for cloud infrastructure, and per user for SaaS backup. Because environments vary enormously in resource count, retention requirements and support needs, we quote against your actual inventory rather than publishing a single list price.

How pricing is structured

Component Billed Basis
Cloud backup & disaster recovery Monthly Per protected resource
Microsoft 365 backup Monthly Per user
Google Workspace backup Monthly Per user
Microsoft Intune backup Monthly Per tenant
Deployment & onboarding One-time Fixed scope
Support Annual By support tier

What every plan includes

  • Cross-cloud restore between Azure, AWS, GCP and OCI.
  • Dependency-aware restore ordering.
  • Policy-driven schedules, retention and compliance rules.
  • AES-256-GCM encryption with BYOK support.
  • Immutable recovery points with automatic integrity verification.
  • Real-time dashboards and capability reports for every recovery point.
  • 99.99% uptime SLA and sub-15-minute recovery time objective.

What changes the number

Three things drive cost most: how many resources you protect, how long you retain recovery points, and how many SaaS seats are in scope. Retention is usually the biggest lever — extending retention multiplies stored recovery points.

Partner pricing

CloudRebuild is available through partners, with tiered margins for resellers and managed service providers. If you are a partner, contact us for tier pricing and access to the partner calculator.

Pricing questions

Is there a free trial?

We run guided proof-of-concept deployments against your own environment rather than a self-serve trial, so that cross-cloud restore can be validated on workloads you actually care about. Ask for a PoC.

Do you charge for restores or egress?

Restores are part of the platform. Cloud providers may charge their own egress fees when data leaves their network during a cross-cloud restore; we will identify those in your quote.

Can I back up only SaaS, without cloud infrastructure?

Yes. The SaaS Backup Engine runs independently of cloud infrastructure backup and can be licensed on its own.
